Colour- Amber Straw

Nose – Boiled sweets, florals, creme brulee, hints of spice

Palate – Opens sweet and creamy then a spicy lift across the palate to a long semi-sweet finish with hints of cinnamon and mace

Finish – Lingering fruit tingle sweetness, gives way to some late pepper and spice
