Recipe – 1L – Serves 4
- 750ML of Ginger Ale
- 250ML of Tonic Water
- 1 cinnamon sticks
- 2 star anise
- 2 cloves
- 4 orange slices for garnish
Heat all ingredients until it reaches a simmer turn off.
Serve in a t hick walled glass or coffee cup with 30mls of Barrel Aged, Embezzler or Six Shillings gin and top with punch mixture. Garnish with a orange slice.
