A 3 day, completely hands-on course that includes brewing, spirits runs, gin making, decanting, bottling, ATO requirements and the entire business aspects of running, working in or owning a distillery. You will walk away with the experience and contacts you need to be part of this great industry.
The entire OKD team will be at your disposal for the course duration to offer advice in a open and honest manner. Over the three days you’ll have the chance to ask questions, work in the distillery and visit with those in the industry – including all sizes of distilleries and cooperages. And it doesn’t end there – we will always continue to support our students through-out their journey.
Although there are all manner of courses available around Australia ours is still the best hands-on experience you will be able to get in the industry – with over 25 years of knowledge and 400 successful students.
