We will carefully fill your twenty litre French Oak barrel with Redland’s hand crafted single malt spirit, made using only Tasmanian barley. Our barrels are selected and reconditioned by local Cooper local cooperage Tasmanian Cask Company. Barrel types include; sherry and port. After maturing for over two years in our old stables bond store, you can expect your barrel to produce anywhere between 30 – 40 500mL bottles (depending on how greedy the angels have been). You are invited to visit your barrel during its maturation to monitor its development.
