Apple Liqueur

Apple Mojito

  • 2 wedges of lime
  • 3 mint leaves
  • 40ml Apple Liqueur
  • Ice
  • Soda Water

Add all ingredients (excluding soda water) to a cocktail shaker. Shake and strain into tall glass. Add soda water, ice and some freshly sliced apple.

Washington Apple Cocktail

  • 30ml Old Kempton Distillery Single Malt Whisky
  • 30ml Apple Liqueur
  • 30ml Cranberry Juice
  • Ice

For the Washington Apple recipe fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add the whisky, the apple liqueur and the cranberry juice. Shake and strain into a coupe glass and garnish your Washington Apple drink with an apple slice.

Angel Face

  • 30ml Embezzler Gin
  • 30ml Apricot Liqueur
  • 30ml Apple Liqueur
  • Ice

For the Angel Face recipe put some ice a cocktail shaker. Then add the gin, the apricot brandy and then add the apple liqueur. Shake well and strain your Angel Face drink into your glass.

Jack Rose

  • 60ml Apple Liqueur
  • 30ml Lemon Juice
  • 1 tablespoon Grenadine

Place all ingredients and ice into a cocktail shaker. Shake for 30 seconds and pour into a short glass. Garnish with freshly sliced apple

Lavender Fizz

  • 60ml Lavender Malt
  • 15ml lemon juice
  • 1 egg white
  • Soda water
  • 15ml sugar syrup

Add lavender malt, sugar syrup, lemon juice, egg white and ice to shaker. Shake for 30 seconds. Strain into tall glass filled with ice. Top with soda water and garnish with lavender flowers.

Lavender Martini

  • 45ml Barley Vodka
  • 30ml Lavender Malt
  • 2 dashes of Bitters
  • Garnish: Sprig of Lavender

Place all ingredients into shaker. Shake for 30 seconds. Pour into a chilled martini glass and garnish with lavender

Lavender Grapefruit Mimosa

  • 30ml Sugar Syrup
  • 120ml Prosecco
  • 30ml Grapefruit Juice
  • 30ml Lavender Malt

Place all ingredients into shaker. Shake for 30 seconds. Pour into a chilled martini glass and garnish with lavender

Lavender Lemonade

  • 1 tablespoon lavender flowers
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 1 ½ cups lemon juice
  • 2 cups of cold water (to taste)
  • Ice
  • Lavender Malt

Place Boiling water, lemon juice, sugar and lavender flowers in a jug. Stir until sugar is dissolved and leave to sit until cool.

Once cool as ice, cold water (to taste). Jug will keep up to a week once sealed.

Add 30ml of Lavender malt to cocktail glass, ice and top with the lemonade. Garnish with a sprig of lavender or a slice of lemon.

Embezzler G & T

  • 30mls Embezzler Gin
  • 1 slice of lemon
  • 20ml Tasmanian Tonic Company Mediterranean Tonic Syrup
  • Soda water to taste

Place all ingredients (excluding soda water) into a Gin Glass, stir. Top with desired level of Soda water.

Gin Mojito

  • 50ml Embezzler Gin
  • 20ml Lime Juice
  • 20ml Sugar Syrup
  • 6 mint leaves

Put everything into a shaker filled with ice. Shake for 30 to 45 seconds. Strain over ice into a cocktail glass. Garnish with fresh mint.

Berry Gin Smash

  • 1 cup of mixed berries (frozen is fine)
  • 50ml Embezzler Gin
  • 20ml Sugar Syrup
  • Soda water for topping up

Put everything into a shaker full of ice. Shake for 30 to 45 seconds. Strain into an Embezzler Gin glass full of ice. Topped with fresh berries and soda water.

Rosemary Gimlet

  • 60ml Embezzler Gin
  • 30ml Lime Juice
  • 30ml Sugar Syrup
  • Ice
  1. Dip martini glass in lime juice and the white sugar and set aside.
  2. Fill shaker with ice and all ingredients. Shake for 30 seconds.
  3. Strain into glass. Serve with rosemary stalk through a wedge of lime or lemon.
